Workbench Entertainment is an independent game development studio based in Skopje, North Macedonia. Workbench was started by a group of video game enthusiasts who had the passion to become game developers. Our goal was, and still is, to create quality content for those just like us, gamers who enjoy well-crafted games that offer endless hours of fun.

We firmly believe that the video game industry is on a remarkable rise, and with the cutting-edge technology available today, it would be a missed opportunity not to create groundbreaking content. Throughout our adventure, we also strive to raise awareness about the potential of indie game studios and inspire others to support indie studios capable of creating wonders with the right type of support. No matter how much we grow in the future, we will always cherish the indie spirit that fueled our creativity and dreams of becoming a well-known development studio.

From our humble beginnings, we have grown into a dedicated team of a dozen members, all sharing the same determination and passion to reach the pinnacle of the game development industry. The exhilaration of completing a well-crafted game resonates deeply with each of us, and that’s exactly what we aim to achieve with every future release. Our strengths lie in our vast video game knowledge, extensive gaming experience, and strong team chemistry. About Our First Game

Our first video game is Wounded – The Beginning, an Indie-Horror title inspired by some of the larger, more popular games such as Outlast and Amnesia. Wounded is a survival horror game that puts you in the role of Tim, a father who got separated from his daughter Lisa after a storm caught them off-guard out in the open sea.

Although Wounded managed to achieve success beyond what we expected, it’s far from enough to satisfy our cravings of becoming a well-known studio. The goal is to compete and collaborate with top-tier game dev studios from across the globe, and our first game was just a small step towards achieving that.

Wounded – The Beginning is our first game that got released on the world-wide known platform Steam, as well as Gamejolt, Itch.io and The Humble Store.
